You are the general contractor working for the municipality (a government body) in Any City. You are in a high seismic zone. A 7.5 Richter scale earthquake took place and several (100) schools were damaged. The size of the damage varies. How do you mitigate the seismic risk?

Task 1: Identify the measures you take before another future earthquake. Consider a more prospective attitude and look at target measures to be taken prior to another future earthquake.

Task 2: Prepare a contingency plan to evaluate the recent happening of earthquake. Look at all emergency and remediation measures to be taken in the short and long term.
