Each member of the group will then produce their own individual 2000 word analysis of research undertaken in compiling the plan. The analysis will expand on the outline business case, taking into account the feedback and any revisions recommended following the presentation. The analysis will detail and defend the decisions made in compiling the manual/plan including choice of event, event objectives, resources, stakeholder management, marketing, logistics, health & safety and budget.

The assignment 2 as per attached instructions in MR2320 must be completed and is relevant to assignment 1. I have attached the completed assignment 1 as well for reference. This was an actual live event that took place at the university campus therefore reference must be done based on the live event. I can provide any information that you may require and in order for the assignment to represent the true live events. Waiting your feedback. Thanks a lot
