For this assignment you will use an organization with which you are familiar and conduct a thorough evaluation of the human resource management within the organization to address the following:

Provide a background of the organization and number of employees.

Prepare a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) regarding the HR department's strategies and practices in the following areas relative to human resource management theories:

SWOT analysis matrix

Evaluate the overall strategy for managing human resources within the organization, and determine whether the organization has an effective strategy to leverage its human resources based on human resource management theories and current trends in human resources management.

Support your assignment with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
