Objective: Evaluate the output parameters of the performed simulation cycles and explain which cycle is offering the best business parameters for the proposed new project, and why.

We now have three cycles for you to evaluate, cycle 2, cycle 5, and cycle 9(the final cycle).

You need to evaluate the three cycles and find the cycle that offers the best business parameters(its financial statement performances, the most profitable one)

The summary of the evaluation is like the picture, but you need to extend it and write 3 pages of the report.

You will notice there are five functional areas, marketing, finance, operations, innovation, and organizational management. You should discuss the differences in the three cycles and their profitability in the following fiscal years.

The background of the report is that we are a consulting company, and are doing a decision-making analysis for the owner of a restaurant, to decide whether or not he should open a new micro-brewery for beer. And the best cycle you evaluated should be the evidence of our decision that the owner should open a microbrewery.
