These criteria will become the benchmarks that you will later use for evaluating the organization's diversity initiatives. The criteria must be based on research, not just your opinions. You might also think of the criteria as a list of best practices.

You must submit a minimum of 10 criteria, and indicate why you chose each. Also, include a research reference source for each of the criteria. Below are some examples of what should be criteria. All criteria should come from researched reference sources. They should not be just from your opinion or be from your selected company's website, newsletters or etc. Each one of the below criteria should be the information that was taken from the reference source, the citation, and why it was selected as a criteria for the company. You should have at least 10.
REMEMBER, THESE ARE ONLY EXAMPLES
1. An organization advertise its positions in a manner that encourages minority and/or disadvantaged groups without giving the perception that a particular group is being sought after (Collins, 2015). I selected this criterion due to ABC Company not showing any diversity in their advertisements.
2. Recruitment processes should be within the regulatory guidelines to encourage as well as increase the response of various segment groups (Mouse, 2015). ABC Company should use this process to enhance the organizations diversity initiative.
3. The interview process should be free from questions regarding birthplace, nationality, race, color, religion, sex, marital status, age, childcare responsibilities (Department of Labor, 2015). I chose this criteria because ABC Company should review its interview process to ensure they are not in violation.
