Lemonade Boutique Chain Store has ten branches in Hong Kong and the branch in Tower Mall is the flagship store with 30 full-time and 18 part-time employees. The Tower Mall in Causeway Bay is already 20 years old and the management group has decided to renovate the building in January 2021 and re-open in July 2021. All shops were given 3 months' notice to move out by the end of December 2020 with sufficient time to prepare for the move. About fifty percent of the shops have confirmed to return after the renovation and Lemonade is one of them. It will return to Tower Mall with a thirty percent expansion in store size. According to the planned schedule, Lemonade will open two new stores in Taikoo Shing and Admiralty in April and May 2021.

a. Evaluate the manpower problems of Lemonade and give suggestions to improve the situation.

b. Apart from posting advertisements in newspapers, suggest and justify two appropriate recruitment methods to attract candidates for the 25 vacancies of full-time Salesperson.
