Question: You are an external HR consultant who is appointed by a UK MNC to carry out an analysis to understand appropriate approaches to manage the future employees In a new branch located in a non-Anglo-Saxon country (Anglo Saxon countries are UK, Ireland, Canada, US, Australia and New Zealand). You are expected to provide a 2000-word report to critically evaluate the influence of the national culture or/and institutional context on two selected HR fields across UK and the chosen country. You are expected to provide concise and evidence-based recommendations to the CEO of the UK MNC.
Your report will deal with the following issues (as appropriate depending on the countries chosen):
