For this assignment, you will need to assess a leader that you currently work for/with or have knowledge of. You will write a well-organized 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following:

Describe the leader in terms of his/her current position and how you know the leader. Note that you should consider using fictitious names of both the individual and the organization.

Evaluate the individual's leadership style.

Assess how this style either helps or hinders the leader in terms of leading the organization towards a common vision, effective communication, and recognizing and building talent within the organization.

Determine the extent to which you believe the leader is effective in his or her role. Support your decision with evidence from the readings or from your own research.
