As the Marketing Manager of the national tourism organization representing Singapore, you are required to a comparative study to evaluate the country's/tourist destination's tourism strategy during the past decade and evaluate the impacts of tourism on the identified stakeholders. You are also expected to provide recommendations with the aim of promoting the country to be an attractive and sustainable tourist destination to Hong Kong market based upon your analysis.

1. Conduct a comparative analysis on Singapore during the past decade. The comparative analysis can be done through Hong Kong to Singapore comparison or a destination-to-destination comparison, or other forms of comparison as deemed appropriate. The spectrum of the analysis include to the tourism strategy, tourism development trend, new target market, impacts incurred by the external environment.
