Many economic factors and environments must be studied by the decision-making managers in order to make the best decision possible in the businesses they manage.

Research at least three scholarly articles on decision-making process, tools and methodologies in the workplace.

1. Consider at least four factors that influence their decision making process

2. Evaluate the impact of each of these factors on the decision making process.

3. Address whether these factors have influenced decision-making at your workplace or any organization where you are a member.
