Conduct an interview with a HR Manager in any specific organisation of your choice and evaluate the HRM's issues (at least 3 issues) faced by the organisation and recommend strategies the organisation can take to resolve the issues.

Discussion must be supported with relevant articles from journals. Prepare and submit a report which should consist of the following:

Report of the findings / outcomes (HRM system issues) from the interview

Report the findings of your interview with the HR Manager on HRM issues (at least 3 issues) faced by the organisation.

Suggested Strategies

Explain in detail, the strategies or any future strategies that the organisation can take to tackle the above mentioned issues.

Students are also advised to discuss the implications of the findings.

Summary
