Evaluate the effectiveness of this message. Use the following questions to complete evaluation.
What was the sender's relationship to you? (Please do not use a first name or last name i.e. keep the sender anonymous, simply say whether this was a supervisor, instructor, coach or colleague etc.) Describe his/her role/relationship to you.
What was the purpose of the message? (to request general information? to order services and merchandise? to request a claim adjustment? to confirm contracts or arrangements? to express appreciation, congratulations or sympathy? to announce or instruct? Was this a form letter?
Did the message follow the three-step structure writing plan. Did it have an opening, middle and closing?
Was this message effective? If so, how so and why? If not, why not?
