Based on your education from a local college in Supply Chain Management, you have been hired by an organization in the Public Sector. (You pick the organization based on the MASH definition).

The organization has struggled over the years with vendor selection and relationships, so the first task you were assigned by your supervisor to review and suggest a methodology of vendor selection. You are a little apprehensive, as this is your first full-time position in the career you have chosen and want to have a good job, but are unsure what to do. While thinking of what to do you realize that you in your course work discussed several criteria that could be used in vendor selection. Remembering this you went back to your notes and texts to see what the criteria were and how they were applied in the selection process. With this new found optimism, who need to determine the methodology of being able to develop a vendor selection criteria that is fair to the existing vendors, as well as to any potentially new vendor.
