Select one stock and use one valuation method to evaluate the company intrinsic value. You can build your own valuation strategy by choosing some way you are more confident at. You have to include the following information in your report:

1. Evaluate this stock

2. Will you buy this stock or short this stock? Please give reasons.

Notice: This is an open question and feel free to use any valuation method you want as long as you cover both questions with legitimate reasons. Some examples of valuation methods like P/E, P/B, P/S, earning per share(EPS), discounted free cash flow (DCF), residual income valuation, or dividend discount model (DDM) are acceptable. It is recommended to use multiple methods (2-3 recommended) that can discount this stock's future value to the present value.
