Modified Breakfast Dish

Brown stewed chicken liver, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 cup of steamed callaloo and 1 piece of yam.

Lunch Dish

1 cup of rice and peas, 1 steamed fish and 1 glasses of ginger beer soda.

Modified Lunch Dish

1 cup of rice and peas, 3 ounces of stewed beef, 1 glass of beetroot juice, and orange.

REQUIRED:

1. Evaluate the Breakfast dish and the modified Breakfast dish for a person with iron deficiency anemia

2. Evaluate the Lunch dish and the modified Lunch dish for a person with iron deficiency anemia
