The heat required to raise the temperature of water can be calculated by using the formula q=mC(delta)T (m is the mass of the sample, C is the specific heat capacity of water and (delta)T is the change in temperature Tfinal-Tinitial. The specific heat capacity of water is a constant, 4.186 Joule/gram°C.

a) Calculate the heat absorbed by 25.03 g of water in Joules where the initial and final temperatures were measured as 20.1 °C and 28.1 °C.

b) Estimate the absolute error in the measurement assuming the absolute error of the balance and thermometer are +/- 0.01g and +/- 0.1 °C respectively.
