It is imperative to constantly create and innovate in order to establish a competitive advantage and have sustainability in the 21st-century globalized business economy. Creativity and innovation may be defined as being original and having a new methodology respectively.

Your creativity and innovation must be relevant to the topic, organizational function or goal, and have validity and can be supported by research or industry. You may utilize existing methodologies and processes, but in new and creative ways, or you may choose to employ something totally new and original. You should compare and contrast the existing method with the new design to show the advantages and efficiency gains.
