Case Study: Project Execution, Reporting, and Managing Resources
The goal of the project execution, reporting, and managing resources case study is to apply the project management knowledge you have gained in the course and to challenge you to critically apply knowledge gained in a real-project situation. The analysis should include evaluation of the following:
• Project Schedule and Cost Management
• Evaluation of the project manager's compression of the project schedule
• Evaluation of the project cost and schedule variances
• Project Conflict and Team Management
• Managing project conflict
• Team management
• Stakeholder Engagement and Resource Allocation
• Project manager communication and stakeholder engagement
• Human resource allocation and management
The analysis of the case should include an evaluation of the project manager's management of team members, resources, conflict, and engagement with project stakeholders. The analysis should be a minimum of 750 words and should include at least two references.
