Evaluate physical assessment of cardiovascular for a petient a 56-year-old male with a history of asthma and smoking, came to the hospital due to severe difficulty in breathing, chest pain, and a high fever. These symptoms had been gradually worsening over the past week, leading him to seek medical attention. Before coming to the hospital, the patient had been managing his asthma with prescribed medication, but his condition deteriorated due to the onset of pneumonia, likely exacerbated by his smoking habit. The onset of symptoms began with a persistent cough, followed by shortness of breath, chest pain, and fever. Upon arrival at the Emergency Department (ED), the patient was immediately given oxygen therapy to aid his breathing. His vital signs were taken blood pressure was 140/90 mmHg, pulse rate was 110 beats per minute, respiratory rate was 24 breaths per minute, and temperature was 38.5°C (101.3°F). and medical history asthma and smoking
