The nurse has an order to start an IV of 100 mg lorazepam in 500 mL D5W at a rate of 10 mg/hr. Evaluate the patient's agitation using the MINDS protocol and titrate by 5 mg/hr every 15 min. Maximum 30 mg/hr. What infusion rate will the nurse set on the IV pump?
