Read the information in your text and in scholarly resources and prepare a PowerPoint presentation suitable for presentation to the Board of Directors of your restaurant in which you evaluate:

The importance of behavior control in your restaurant organization. For example, how much of you and your managers' time is spent directly supervising employees?

How formalized is the organization? How does change occur, who can submit a change, how are operational and administrative changes formalized?

Do employees receive a book of rules to instruct them about how to perform their jobs? Explain.

Discuss why you and your managers should always try to use positive reinforcement instead of negative reinforcement.
