Talent development is consider equipping talented individuals with the skill, abilities and knowledge for the purpose of increasing the organizational effectiveness. The talent development strengthens the social exchange relationship between the employee and their employers.

Providing training for talented employees in an organization has been a major issues in most of the organization as it associate with cost. Student is require to identify any article or journal on talent development reflecting on the effort of organization in providing training to equip talents with the necessary skills to accommodate the Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0.

Students are required to evaluate on the effectiveness of organization if talents are well manage and developed. Student may seek information about talent development, and IR 4.0 via reading journals, article, magazine, company websites, or interviewing any HR personal. Generally, the paper should reflect familiarity with the literature in human resource management area and an understanding of the various sides to the issue under consideration. Considerable attention should be given to the development of recommendation you defend based on the literature related to your topic.
