Demonstrate the skills and knowledge required to evaluate human resources service delivery in order to determine customer satisfaction levels and recommend changes to service delivery.

Develop aplan for evaluating service delivery and capturing and requesting feedback from clients. Complete acase study and prepare a submission approval to vary the human resources strategy.

Procedure

t. Develop aplan for requesting feedback from clients and for capturing ongoing client feedback for the review process based on the HR services strategy developed in Assessment Task 1.

o Document the plan including all tools/surveys/questionnaires you would use.

o Read the case study in below.

o Make recommendations for changes to HR service delivery.

o Complete a written submission to management outlining your plans to vary the original HR strategy taking this feedback into  consideration.
