Develop aplan for evaluating service delivery and capturing and requesting feedback from clients. Complete acase study and prepare a submission approval to vary the human resources strategy.
Procedure
t. Develop aplan for requesting feedback from clients and for capturing ongoing client feedback for the review process based on the HR services strategy developed in Assessment Task 1.
o Document the plan including all tools/surveys/questionnaires you would use.
