The next step after analysis of contemporary views of leadership is evaluation.
Critical evaluation is done by applying a specific lens or set of criteria to reach reasoned judgments and articulate clear claims based on credible evidence.
You will critically evaluate by using chosen criteria and critical thinking to make judgments and reach conclusions about the application of contemporary leadership models to a specific context.
Use the same theories you analyzed in Week 5.
Include the following in your paper:
Identify a specific lens or set of criteria you will use in your evaluation. You may also describe the current leadership scenario or context that led to your selection of criteria.
Evaluate how each of the three models might be applied to the current leadership scenario; how well it meets the criteria.
Describe the final conclusions you drew from your critical evaluation about appropriate styles/behaviors in the leadership scenario/context.
Discussion of how your conclusions relate to your personal leadership practices.
Use a minimum of five references to support your evaluation. References should be peer-reviewed sources from the University Library.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
