1 Evaluate fire hazards, risks and controls
1.1 Review compliance with UAE Legislative and regulatory requirements for Fire
1.2 Review the elements of fire, toxicity of products of combustion and classify the different types of fire.
1.3 Evaluate fire hazards, risks and controls
1.4 Record features of the active fire protection system, different types of fire extinguisher, sprinklers and other suppression system including CO2 system, foam system, dry chemical powder system and Halon system.
1.5 Record features of the passive fire protection system
2 Inspect and test firefighting equipment
2.1 Inspect and test fire fighting equipment according to maintenance schedule of relevant standards and customer requirements.
2.2 Identify any deviation according to relevant standards, technical specifications and policy guidelines.
2.3 Report to management and plan for corrective action.

4.2 Evaluate provision of appropriate personal protective clothing, equipment and breathing apparatus to be used by emergency team members.
