Your task is to write a report about important issues regarding computing and technology. The definition of ‘important' for the purpose of this report depends on the point of view of who/what the issue affects and what they represent. For example, sources that represent businesses typically consider profit to be the most important factor. To government agencies, the importance of a technology is related to its impact on meeting organisation mission goals. Organisations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) represent researchers and technology developers, in which technology development is the goal.

The sources that you find may include articles on the internet, books, academic papers, professional magazines, or journals. For this assignment, you will need to carry out research on important issues and choose at least 3 to be critically discussed in this report, using at least 5 references for each issue.

These can be professional, ethical, business, and/or societal issues.
