Select a sustainability/environmental report from a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. Please do not select a company that has been used for a previous assignment. 

The goal of this assignment is to determine whether a company is transparently communicating its environmental impact and has established a clear quantitative approach to doing so.  Evaluate the company's use of metrics within a sustainability report:

• How well are they tracking their metrics?
• How are they reaching goals?
• Which metrics should be tracked?
• Which metrics are not tracked?

Review the report, analyzing the strengths of its components-e.g., quantitative goals, broad range of measures, and engagement of stakeholders. Be sure to include citations!

Employers are finding health insurance coverage more difficult to support as a benefit because it has become more costly than the tax savings for offering it. 

1. Given the provision of the PPACA, should a large healthcare employer (more than 50 employees) continue to offer health insurance as a benefit or pay a penalty?
2. What are the pros and cons of offering health insurance or letting employees go to a health insurance exchange for coverage?
3. In your paper, note the organizational, market, policy, social, and financial implications of each in your response.
