A hanging wire has a length of 1.90 meter. When a steel ball of mass 58 kilogram is suspended from the wire, the wire stretches by 1.70 millimeter.

If the ball is pulled down a small additional distance and released, find at what frequency will it vibrate? Suppose that the stress on the wire is less than the proportional limit.
