From this analysis on type of the project delivery system and the financial cost, with the case study project we can conclude that the best project delivery system that is suitable for this case study are CM@Risk and the financial contract for this case study project is Guaranteed Maximum Project of GMP. Because with CM@risk we can assure that the project will be finished in time and with the experience of the construction manager we can trust this kind of big project will be manageable.That is the conclusion from this analysis on case study.

This type of contract we used when we don’t know the estimated cost of the project itself, and thus the contractor have fixed fee for them. Fixed fee usually a small percentage of the final or true cost at the end of the project closing phase. With this form contractor will bid for fixed fee percentage to the client with engineering, materials, and the field labor costs to be reimbursed at the actual cost later. This form of contract is easier to make and put the client to a simpler way to make a decision. It has the advantages to giving an incentive to the contractor if they can quickly complete the project.
