Tasks: Choose one of the following discussion questions:

1. Evaluate an organization that uses lowest-cost strategy and differentiation strategy.

2. Analyze an article from Harvard Business Review regarding compensation plans. Do you agree or disagree with the author?

As in all assignments, cite your sources in your work and provide references for the citations in APA format. Your initial posting should be addressed at 500-1000 words, as noted in the attached PDF file. Submit your document to this Discussion Area by the due date assigned.
