Part A: Strategic e-Business Options Critical Evaluation
To successfully pass this assessment you are required to research and report on the following:
Part 1. Your group will critically evaluate a range of strategic e-business options available to an online organisation, including:• Product/service differentiation • Cost competition • Scope• Focus• Customer/supplier intimacyChapter 5, pages 361-363 For each option you will need to:• outline and discuss the option (do not give me the definition, I want to know what they are in your own words)• give your opinion on the advantages and disadvantages about each options' competitiveness and financially viability in the marketplace• justify using scholarly evidence
Part 2. For each strategic e-business option, give an example of at least one Aotearoa/New Zealand (but ideally more) online organisation, that has successfully implemented the strategic e-business option, and describe how the use of this option helped that organisation remain financially viable in the marketplace.
