So the key to this is to think of it this way:

You are in a teacher role and your presentation should provide your students a summary of ethics as it relates to successful project management, a summary of international factors and how they relate to successful PM and a summary on cross cultural considerations and how it relates to successful project management.

You will also need slides that speak to the challenges (common pitfalls) and opportunities for growth and/or improvement as it relates to successful project management and finally solutions for dealing with challenges common in project management.

The final part of your class is to then deliver different scenarios (that you make up), that will reinforce what you just taught the students in class. You do this by challenging them with a question (where you have prepared what the answers you're looking for in the NOTES) to help enable a debate in the class on what should be done during the scenarios.
