Below is my peer's answer to these 3 questions:

I need to reply her answers or give my opinion to her answers.

Questions:

1. In your opinion, is it possible for someone to be a good decision maker but a poor supervisor? Explain your answer.

2. One supervisor says that she finds procrastination to be a big help in her decision making. Would you agree or disagree with this supervisor? Be sure to justify why you answered the way you did.

3. Is it possible to operate as an ethical organization without one or more of the three pillars of Ethical Organization described in your book? Be sure to explain why you answered the way you did.

Answers:

1) In my opinion, it is very possible to be a good decision maker, but a poor supervisor. Many people are good at making decisions, but when tasked with supervising a team, they struggle with it. Supervising a team requires a whole host of other skills, including decision making, but without other essential skills, such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, etc., your team will not survive with you as supervisor for very long.

2) In my opinion, I would say it is possible that she is correct. I have found that I myself work much better under pressure, so when I have lots of extra time to do things, I don't do them as well. I can't explain exactly why this is, but I can relate to this supervisor who says this. When I have to work during crunch time, I always perform better.

3) I don't think it is possible to run an ethical organization without having all three pillars of ethics. When you have a building with support pillars and you remove one pillar, the whole building will tip and eventually collapse. Similar to that, when you only have ethical employees, and ethical practices in your company, but your leadership is corrupt, eventually the corruptness will infiltrate into the other pillars and corrupt everything around it. This goes for the other pillars as well, if you have ethical leadership and ethical practices but unethical individuals, those individuals will ruin the other ethical parts of the business.
