1. In the healthcare field, how do healthcare professionals experience moral distress? Discuss at least three examples.
2. Health information management presents new ethical challenges for healthcare professionals. For example, computers allow people to be anonymous and forget about ethics. Using the information in Chapter 7, choose an example where one can forget ethics when using a computer. Then, explain how your example violates each of the following ethical principles: autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice.

Discuss how autonomy and justice were violated in both the Tuskegee Syphilis Study and the Willowbrook Hepatitis Study.
