Samantha is a hard-working team member, and is frequently heard encouraging others and sharing ideas and information with students and graduate nurses. Her ANUM encourages her to think about her goals as she prepares for her performance review, as she believes Samantha would make a wonderful senior team member. She wants to encourage her to achieve and continue to extend her skills within the organisation.
