Problem: A sled of mass m=20kg is sliding down slide. At the top of the slide it is given a speed v = 4m/s. While sliding down it loses 300J of energy because of friction and it reaches the bottom having speed 7m/s.

Part A: What is the height of the slide?

Please show all work to determine the height of the slide.
