Case: The sketch below has three sections. The top and bottom sections are identical, both show you the four signature spectral lines for Iron. The top section even has the wavelength (in the unit of angstrom) of these four lines shown. in addition, four extra wavelength (4630, 4877, 5933,6655) are also marked for you to use with part (a) below.
The middle section, on the other hand, shows you five signature spectral lines of an unknown element.
Question 1: Use the 8 given wavelength to help you roughly estimate the wavelength of each of the five unknown spectral lines. List your estimation for each of the unknown wavelength below (in the order from left to right).
Question 2: Use the wavelength scale for each color below to help you identify the color of each of the five unknown spectral lines. List the color for each unknown line (from left to right).
A sphere of radius R is uniformly charged to a total charge of Q. It is made to spin about an axis that passes through its center with an angular speed ω. Find the magnitude of the resulting magnetic field at the center of the sphere.
A resistor is in the shape of a cube, with each side of resistance R . Find the equivalent resistance between any two of its adjacent corners.
