A transformer is energized through a cable whose inductive reactance is 3Ω. The phase voltage at the source side of the cable is 8kV. When the transformer is switched on (energized), the crest of the inrush current of the transformer can be modeled by an equivalent inductive reactance of 7Ω. Estimate the voltage flicker at the transformer side.
