Question: Medicine and Clinical Studies Merck recently released an experimental insomnia drug, suvorexant. This drug temporarily blocks chemical messengers that work to keep people alert and awake. The new pill seems to work but does have some potential harmful side effects, for example, extended daytime drowsiness. A random sample of patients taking this experimental drug was obtained. The dosage in milligrams was recorded for each patient.
