A skier has a speed of 5.0 m/s on top of a hill that is 30.0 m above the valley floor. She then skis through the valley and to the top of the next hill which is 20.0 m above the valley floor.

A. Determine the speed of the skier while she is in the valley floor.

B. Determine the speed of the skier when she gets to the top of the next hill.

C. If the skier's mass is 55 kg, determine the potential and kinetic energy of the skier in all three locations.

D. If the skier only makes it 15 m up the 20 m hill before stopping, how much work was done by non-conservative forces?
