Question - Manka lives in Moshi where she earns TZS2,500,000 per year as a hotel attendant. She has the opportunity to move to Zanzibar where she can work as a fixed contract term of five years as a hotel attendant. Doing the same work, she'll earn TZS17,500,000 per year in Zanzibar. The cost of moving is TZS1,000,000, and it would cost her TZS5,000,000 more per year to live in Zanzibar. Manka's discount rate is 10 per cent. Manka decides not to move because she will be separated from her friends and family. Estimate the psychic costs of Manka's move.
