Estimate the life-cycle cost (LCC) for a proposed project where cost categories include the following: R&D costs (R&D), non-recurring investment (NRI) costs, recurring investment (RI) costs, scheduled and unscheduled operations and maintenance costs (O&M), subcontracted costs (SUB), and disposal costs (DIS). The costs (in millions) for the 20-year life cycle are as indicated. Calculate the LCC at an interest rate of 6% per year.
