Water has a density of 1000 kg/m3. 1 atm = 1.013 x 105 N/m2. Water at a gauge pressure of 4.4 atm enters a building at ground level. The pipe has a diameter of 8.20 cm. The pipe rises 14 meters to the top floor, where it tapers down to a diameter of 2.05 cm. If the water enters the building at 0.35 m/s, what is the gauge pressure in the pipe on the top floor? (in atmospheres)
