Use one gel for Western Blotting transfer on Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane gel was stained with Coomassie blue for all proteins

Referring to your figures, identify the his-FABP5 protein and estimate its molecular weight on the gel and western blot, and compare it to the value that you would expect given that the approximate molecular weight of FABP5 plus the his-tag sequence HHHHHHSSGLVPRGS. Discuss the purification in terms of the four fractions that you analyzed and estimate the fold purification from the position and intensity of the bands in the different fractions.
