Question: a) For a vowel utterance of your choice, plot the log magnitude spectrum based on a stDFf analysis using a Hamming window. Make sure that the window is at least two pitch periods long. Estimate the first three formant frequencies.

(b) Now perform a liftering operation in conjunction with the stRC to produce the log "formant" spectrum and estimate the formants on this basis. Also plot the stRC. Use the same frame of speech as in part (a), but remember to "zero pad" to avoid cepstral aliasing.

(c) Use the stRC derived in part (b) to estimate the pitch of the utterance.
