Question: Suppose a soluable protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa and a density of 1.06 g cm-3. Suppose further that the viscosity of the cytoplasm has a viscosity of .005 Pa s (about 5 times that of water--there is debate about the viscosity of cytoplasm with numbers varying from .001 to over 0.1 Pa s.)

Question 1: Estimate the diffusion coefficient for the protein in the cytoplasm at 37C?

Please provide me complete solution for the above question so I can get right answer.
