Case: What difference does working for a "good" boss versus a "bad" boss make in terms of "productive effort supply" and "turnover" - both of which adversely affect profitability? Address this question by considering the following:

Question 1. Begin by distinguishing a "good" boss from a "bad" one.

Question 2. Explain whether and to what extent the difference shows up in worker productivity or else in the turnover rate.

Question 3. Estimate the difference in productivity in percentage. As such, this is how much more (if any) productivity a good boss might get out of his or her people than would a "bad" boss.
