The building is rectangular with a perimeter of 100 ft (30.5 m). The wall is 8 ft (2.44 m) high with one opening 36 X 80 in. (914 X 2032 mm) and 10 openings 30 X 48 in. (762 X 1220 mm). The brick is 3% X 2x; X 8 in. (95 X 57 X 203 mm) laid in running bond, double wythe.
