A box of mass 2.1 kg is on a horizontal surface. The coefficient of friction between the box and the surface is 0.32. You are able to apply a push of 26.0 N acting at an angle 33.0° below the horizontal. The box initially is at rest.

(a) Find the acceleration of the box.

(b) What is the speed of the box after it has travelled a distance of 2.3 m?

(c) If you instead pulled upwards on the box with the same force at the same angle above the horizontal, would your answers change?
