Out of 400 people participated in a poll, 280 were not satisfied with the current tax policy. Based on this sample data construct confidence interval for population proportion people who are not satisfied with the current tax policy. Consider confidence level 95% with factor zα/2= 1.96. Round the answer up to 3 decimal numbers.
